Our process, in full
You send the brief. We’ll take it from there. Our process is built to keep your project moving, even if the details are still evolving.
We start with a scoping call, then price based on what you know today. As specs tighten, we refine pricing, share samples where needed and keep you close to progress once production begins. When ready, we dispatch to schedule and check in to make sure everything lands as it should.
We review your brief and jump on a scoping call. This is where you meet your account manager. You’ll leave knowing the best route, the key decisions and what we need next.
We provide pricing based on the current spec. If there are options that affect cost or timing, we’ll show you clearly.
Design, materials, techniques and timescales are agreed. Need swatches or samples to sign off? We can supply them.
Once you place the order, we acknowledge it and start production. You stay in the loop with updates, WIP shots and site visits if helpful.
We dispatch according to the agreed schedule, packed for the job. Then we check in, capture feedback and support any next steps.
