Our spraying and finishing techniques
When a surface needs to be prepared, shotblasting helps create a clean, keyed surface for stronger adhesion and a more consistent finish. It is particularly useful when durability is the priority, not just appearance.
If you need a high-quality visual finish, we spray a range of 1K and 2K paint systems to suit your needs, from simple coatings through to tougher, more resilient finishes. This is ideal when presentation and consistency matter, especially across multiple parts.
For protection, durability and performance, polyurethane spraying allows us to apply coatings that suit your environment and end use. Polyurethane coating can be used to add a tough, impervious surface, improve longevity and help parts stand up to handling, wear, or more demanding conditions.
Where thermal performance is required, polyurethane foam insulation spraying provides an efficient way to create insulating layers and coverage. It is a practical option when you need coverage over complex forms or non-standard geometries. Provides a seamless, joint-free finish with no gaps.
If your part needs a hard, impact-resistant finish or a flexible, protective surface, polyurea coatings offer options for both rigid and elastomeric performance. We use this approach when the coating needs to do a job, not just look good.
Polystyrene is often the base for oversized props, sculptural work, scenography, and set builds. A polyurethane hard-coat adds a tough, rigid, and weather-resistant surface, removing the fragile look of raw polystyrene while allowing paint or finishing. Perfect for theatre, film, events, and themed environments where durability and interaction are key.
